Why work with me
Late into my corporate career, I had the opportunity to with agile methodologies, which was like a breath of fresh air after doing traditional program management for so long. It’s also how I took my coffee business from concept to fully operational within 6 months.
But when I started working with the methodologies, trying to incorporate the processes into physical product design (the space I was working in at the time) was a challenge.
While agile methodologies do emphasize flow and realignment as necessary, the processes themselves are highly structured.
Software environments, where agile methodologies typically live, support rapid iteration and are very disciplined. In the mechanical and physical space, there are fixed constraints, requiring longer feedback cycles, inherently driving complexity.
So, it became clear to me that if I could somehow merge the disciplines of agile, with a process that supports the requirements and demands of physical product development, the chances of execution and implementation in that space were much higher.
And so that is what I did.
The process is industry and product agnostic, best designed for complex, fast-paced environments, including product development, automotive, automation, advanced manufacturing, and organizations or leadership undergoing or preparing for transformation.
